R Land blazes new trails in north & south of MM
Despite the surge in covid cases, property developer R Land Development Inc. is successfully putting up future-ready housing landmarks north and south of Metro Manila.
Heroically emerging at the height of covid infestation are R Land’s housing projects in Cavite and Batangas provinces in Southern Tagalog, and in Pampanga in Central Luzon.
The project in Cavite involved the Phase 1 and 2 extension of the Pamayanan ng Bagong Kabitenyo in General Trias City, of which more than a thousand units were sold by R Land in just 10 days.
“This project, aptly branded as ‘Heroes Town’, showcases the upgraded feel, modernized look and improved quality of housing that the Caviteños and the rest of Filipinos generally aspire for,” said R Land president Rollie Manalili.
“In Batangas province, R Land’s Arcoe Residences in Lipa City adapts to the realities and needs under the “New Normal”, wherein the development plan and housing designs make work, rest, and play possible within the four corners of the house. This new lifestyle also factors in security and safety for the prospective residents,” Manalili remarked.
The design development drawings for the prototype units have been completed since February last year, with earth tones as nature-inspired design accents embodying the casual elegance that strongly appeals to Lipeños.
The 9.3-hectare development site shows great profit potential, with its cool climate approximating Baguio’s and Tagaytay’s, and its location offering a picture-perfect view of Mount Malarayat, a popular mountain range destination for mountaineers as it straddles the provinces of Batangas, Laguna and Quezon.
Such attributes turn the Arcoe Residences between San Isidro and Munting Pulo into a lifestyle offering that literally brings country-living to its peak even within city limits.
Adding to its unique value proposition is the Community Center serving as clubhouse, whose exterior and interior designs completed in March 2020 further complement and enhance the surrounding scenic verdant landscape. The clubhouse thus becomes a contemporary rendition of a socio-cultural centerpiece derived from the historic and iconic Filipino-Spanish bahay na bato.
The following months of April and May saw the interior development, engineering and architectural designs finalized. The house prototypes offer ergonomically-configured interiors and ease of expandability to meet the needs of households that usually grow into extended families.
The conceptual aerial design rendered in June provided the bird’s eye view of the entire development when fully accomplished. Shown is a masterfully designed community that offers all the essential facilities and lifestyle choices of modern living in a country setting.
Pervading the latter half of 2020 were brisk activities focusing mostly on further enhancement of the plans and designs of the Arcoe Residences project involving various consultants.
In Cavite, however, R Land had to address the needs of buyers for extension of payment terms because of the effect of the pandemic on their livelihood sources.
And despite its hectic schedule amid a surging covid crisis, R Land was still able to celebrate its 2nd founding anniversary in November to honor its employees for pouring their all to make the three projects a success.
All along, the company fully complied with the IATF’s safety protocols in conducting its activities.
Then came 2021, ushering in a public clamor for the development of the remaining 11
hectares of the 53-hectare Heroes Town project as it got swarmed by inquiries from brokers and online
buyers.
But unlike the previous phases 1 and 2, this one will be a separate enclave of at least a notch higher
or a significant rise in standard of living, similarly indicative of R Land’s upward movement in the property
supply chain.
So is R Land’s Project Angels in Pampanga’s Angeles City, a financial center strategically located at the doorstep of the Clark Freeport Zone, a fast evolving central business district at the heart of Central Luzon.
