PhilEco Eager to Reach New Heights Under New Leadership

With renewed motivation, the Phil. Ecology Systems, Corp. is looking forward to tackle new challenges and achieve greater accomplishments as they welcome their newly-installed President and COO, Jouie V. Lee Oliver.

Under the leadership of Mr. Lee Oliver, PhilEco is confident the company will be empowered to maximize its waste management services and, in turn, boost revenues.

Mr. Lee Oliver has also met with PhilEco's executives and staff and has expressed his commitment towards establishing business stability and igniting a performance-driven workforce.

Mr. Lee Oliver officially took over his post at PhilEco in November 2022 and has replaced Mr. Carmencito Nombres. (previous CEO) after serving a term of over 20 years.

As a Six Sigma Black Belt top graduate and title holder since 2012, Lee Oliver is equipped to translate problems into opportunities and enhance business processes. Moreover, he strongly specializes in leadership and management alongside business operations and strategy following almost two decades of experience in the construction and engineering industry.

 In fact, he has led the ISO certification for the Construction Equipment, Logistics and Services of TUV Rheinland Philippines in 2021 and has consistently surpassed annual sales targets from 2008 to 2011 at the Monark Equipment Corporation.

Mr. Lee Oliver was also the former Vice President of Megawide Construction Corporation since 2014 where he mainly managed business operations with an annual gross revenue target of P1 billion and supervised equipment assets valued at P1 billion. There, he also ensures continued improvement of business processes and oversees the effective performance of the company's more than 700 personnel.

Mr. Lee Oliver has previously served as North Region Operations and Maintenance Manager for the First Philippine Industrial Corporation from 2012 to 2014. He also became Senior Account Manager at Monark Equipment Corporation from 2004 to 2012.

He holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, as well as, a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Ateneo Graduate School for Business.
